All apartments are one bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Stove & refrigerators are included. Bathrooms are spacious and include grab bars. There are individual thermostats to regulate/control the temperature. Plenty of kitchen cabinet and storage space. Rent includes ALL utilities and is based on each individual's adjusted monthly income (gross income minus medical expenses) and is calculated at approximately 30% of your monthly income.Mission Statement
