Paper Applications

Applications can be mailed upon request by calling 716-874-6000 or you may stop by the main office which is located on the corner of Colvin Boulevard and Kenmore Avenue. Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Elderly & Local Preference

Applicants who are at least 62 years of age receive 1st priority. Near-Elderly are classified as applicants who are 50-61 years of age. Applicants from Kenmore get top priority, Tonawanda gets 2nd priority, then everyone else.
